Joe began his service with the Foundation in 2005 as the Executive Director of the District of Columbia Baptist Convention Foundation. As a semi-retired pastor with extensive experience in campus ministry, he is the volunteer Director of the House of Baptist Studies at Wesley Theological Seminary, where he also teaches part-time. |
