Rick started with the Foundation in 2001. He was previously employed in the insurance industry, where he advanced to serving more than 700 clients in personal financial planning. Rick is both a licensed Washington State Insurance Agent and a licensed minister. He is very active in community ministry and is the proud father of four children. |
